The usage of prohibited software (Bots, prompters)
The usage of prohibited software that gives an unfair advantage over the other players is prohibited by the rules of PartyPoker. If you broke this rule you will usually be banned with confiscation of the funds.
PartyPoker doesn’t provide with official list of prohibited programs but it includes any programs which:
- automatize the gaming process;
- give a clues about the actions during the hand’s playing;
- can play without human intervention.

Blocking for verification
It is a standard part of verification procedure of your account. You should send:
- Documents that confirm your identity;
- Documents that confirm your address (utility bill or another document where your full name and address is stated, but not older than 3 month);
- Photo of your credit card (in the cases if you made the deposit exactly by means of the credit card).
Such verification is carried out with the aim of confirmation of your identity and it takes from a few hours to a several days. If you didn’t break any rules (it means: you are 18 years old and older, it is your only account, you made the deposit from your card) you shouldn’t worry.
Connection with swindlers
If you participated in the cahoots in order to get an unlawful benefit you will be banned without recovery of funds. If you are pure and support asks you to explain the connection with certain players you should tell only the truth. For the confirmation of your fair play you can give a detailed description of hand and hand history.
