Downswing and how to deal with it.

Hi

What is Downswing?

Downswing - it's a series of failures. Downswing can happen to any player. But if the player plays well, then it will be easier for him to cope with Downswing.

Downswings can happen at any time, the player needs to have a large bankroll to handle them. A big mistake at this point would be to change your style of play. Should not be doing that! Since you only make the situation worse.

What to do with downswing:

1) Take a break from poker.

If you feel like you can't make sound decisions, then it's worth taking a break. Playing in a bad state can be very unprofitable for you.

2) Pay attention to your hobbies

While taking a break from poker, you can be distracted by your hobbies. They are different for everyone. Someone likes to spend time with their family in nature. Someone out of habit spends time on the computer watching movies.

3) Training

Coaching can help solve poker problems. You can take poker to the next level.

I advise you to draw your attention to:

4) Don't fall for negativity

Try to think in a positive way. Perhaps you can find support among your poker friends.

5) Do not give up

Failure is not a reason to quit poker. Accept what you've lost and keep moving on.

Good luck)
