Brian Altman won the same WPT tournament for the second time

WPT Lucky Hearts Poker Open event with $3 500 buy-in finished. The tournament collected 843 entries and its prize pool reached the mark of $2 697 600.

The poker player from the United States Brian Altman became the winner of the tournament and earned $482 630 for the 1st place. Altman is the first poker player in the history of series who managed to win this tournament twice. After the victory, Brian said that he was happy about what happened.     

The previous time, he won in the similar tournament in 2015. At that time, his prize money totaled $723 000 and it is still considered the largest one in his poker career.  

John Dollinger became the runner-up of the tournament and earned $311 750. WSOP champion Sam Soverel took the 10th place and got $46 760.

In total, 106 poker players entered the prize zone. The minimum payout was $5 660. Anthony Zinno, who is the two-time winner of WSOP bracelet, as well as the owner of “WPT Player of the Year” title in 2015, wasn’t able to play at the final table and earned $12 300 for the 38th place.
