Alexandros Kolonias wins $10 300 Super Million$ at GGPoker
Last year, Alexandros Kolonias became the Main Event WSOPE 2019 champion. Back then, the Greek player received excellent rewards for the first place – a gold bracelet and €1 133 000 in prize money. Of course, Alexandros did not stop there, and now he continues to crush online poker tournaments.
Another $10 300 Super Million$ at GGPoker ended yesterday, and Kolonias managed to take the top prize. Before the final table began, Alexandros was a chip leader and the clear favorite to win the event.
In total, GGPoker has hosted 31 Super MILLION$ tournaments, and Kolonias took part in 24 of them. It should be mentioned that this was his first Super MILLION$ final table.
Experienced poker professionals, Kevin Rabichow and Michael Addamo also played in the final. The Australian player Michael Addamo finished the tournament in fourth place and received $201 000, while Kevin ended up in third place taking $260 000.
In the final heads-up, Alexandros Kolonias was opposed by Carlos Villamarin, a GGPoker regular player from Canada who qualified for the Super MILLION$ through $1 000 satellite. It’s worth noting that Villamarin has entered the top 4 in the GGMasters Player of the Year race. You already know who became the winner, and this triumphant was awarded the main prize of $438 000.
